"Low Season” Pricing:

$295.00 per night up to 4 people

“High Season” Pricing:

$325.00 per night for 4 people
$475.00 per night - up to 10 people for all major “High Season” Festivals and Holidays.*
Additional people- see “Per Person Pricing”

*3 night minimums: 3 day weekends, Octoberfest, Christmas Lighting, all weekends in January and February.

*4 night minimums: All weekends July and August, and New Years

*5 night minimums: Thanksgiving

*6 night minimums:  Christmas

Per Person Pricing

$25.00     Per person/ night- 18 yrs and older
$20.00     Per person/ night- 10 - 17 years
$10.00     Per person/ night-  9 and under

All pricing plus tax and $65 cleaning service charge.

Cancellation within 60 days of stay will forfeit deposit.
